Porsche Factory Service & Maintenance at Eurowerks Automotive

A comprehensive, step-by-step vehicle inspection on all major systems is performed by Eurowerks Motorsports team of highly trained technicians.

 

We adhere to all factory service requirements for each specific model and model year as indicated on the Porsche maintenance schedules. Any repairs identified by the inspection process will be fully root-caused with a cost estimation provided beforehand to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.

 

Below is a Maintenance Checklist we have put together based on recommendations from Porsche Cars North America. And of course we will also tailor our services to your vehicle’s needs based on its specific model year, trim, and your driving style. The services outlined below are part of a general guideline for all Porsche vehicles and are for your references only. For specific models from the GT3, RS, Carrera GT, and 918 lineups, additional service items will be required.

Required Maintenance and Lubrication Service

Minor Maintenance: Every 10k, 20k, 60k, 100k, etc. miles, or every 1, 2, 6, 10 years

Major Maintenance: Every 40k, 80k, 120k, etc. miles, or every 4, 8, 10 years 

(denoted by red-colored text in the items below)

Electric

  • Diagnosis system: Read out fault memory; reset maintenance interval

  • Windshield wiper/washer system, headlight washer: Check function and nozzle adjustment

  • Horn: Check operation

  • TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring system): Check operation and tire pressure readout

  • Batteries and ventilation hoses: Check condition and electrolyte level

  • Indicator and Warning Lights: Check operation

Inside of Vehicle

  • Seat belts: Check operation and condition

  • Pollen filter: Replace filter element

  • Door locks: check function

Outside of Vehicle

  • Wiper blades: check operation and condition

  • Clean reversing camera lens (if equipped depending on model and options)

  • Vehicle lighting: Check operation

  • All headlights: Check adjustment

  • Trailer hitch: Check operation (if equipped on Panamera, Macan, and Cayenne models)

  • Check firewall body drains and sunroof drains for debris

  • Radiators and air intakes: Visual inspection for exterior debris and blockage

  • Check front lid lock and safety hook of the front lid for secure seating and functioning properly

  • Lubricate door latch and fastening bolts

Engine Compartment

  • Visual inspection for leaks (oil and fluids)

  • Fuel system lines and connections: Visual inspection

  • Coolant and hoses: Check level and antifreeze, check condition of hoses

  • PDCC: Check fluid level

  • Power steering: Check fluid level

  • Air filter: replace filter elements

  • Check drive belt

  • Check firewall body and drains for debris

Cayenne S Hybrid: every 40,000 miles or 4 years

Additional Maintenance every 2 years

  • Brake fluid change: complete flush and fill

  • Tire sealant: check expiration date and replace as necessary

Additional Maintenance at 60,000 miles or every 6 years

Panamera (V6)/S/S e-Hybrid/Turbo

 

  • Replace PDCC reservoir

  • PDK transmission: Change oil

  • Replace supercharger drive belt (Panamera S e-Hybrid only)

 

Macan (V6)/S/Turbo

  • Replace PDCC reservoir

  • PDK transmission: Change oil

 

Cayenne (V6)/S/S Hybrid/Turbo

  • Replace PDCC reservoir

  • PDK transmission: Change oil

  • Replace supercharger drive belt (Cayenne S Hybrid only)

 

Boxster/S, Cayman/S

  • Replace drive belt

 

911, 911 S, 911 C4, 911 C4S

  • Replace PDCC reservoir

  • Replace drive belt

  • Change all-wheel drive controller oil (C4, C4S models)

 

911 Turbo

  • Replace drive belt

  • Change all-wheel drive controller oil

  • PDK transmission: Change clutch oil

Additional Maintenance at 80,000 miles or every 4 years

Panamera (V6)/S/S e-Hybrid/Turbo

  • Replace air filter elements

 

Macan (V6)/S/Turbo

  • Replace air filter elements

  • Replace PDK filter and oil

 

Cayenne (V6)/S/S Hybrid/Turbo

  • Replace air filter elements

 

Boxster/S, Cayman/S

  • Ancillary unit mounts and chassis: visual inspection of all rubber mountings and boots for damage

  • Ancillary unit mounts and chassis: visual inspection of all rubber mountings and boots for damage

Additional Maintenance at 96,000 miles or every 12 years

911 GT3

  • Change manual transmission oil

Additional Maintenance at 120,000 miles or every 12 years

  • Manual transmission: Change oil

  • Change all-wheel front differential drive oil

  • Change rear differential oil
